I never thought I would suffer from back problems, always priding myself on my fitness and health, but two years of sedentary living, sitting long hours at a desk and poor posture resulted in me joining the 80% of people who suffer back problems.
A trip to the osteopath revealed muscles spasms, they were soon put right and soon came back. It was obvious that I needed to be a little more proactive in dealing with problem. Research suggested the benefits of using an inversion table, however hanging by my ankles seemed potentially dangerous. Seeing the teeter tables in action and how well made they are spurred me into trying one.
The relaxing stretch I felt at just 10 degrees below the horizontal was fantastic, I just had not realised how tight that area was. Using my table for a few minutes day and night allowed me to slowly get to 60 degrees and completely solved my back pain. Not only that but the 'clickiness' in my neck went too.
We started selling Teeter Inversion Tables via our sister site, www.pureskincare.co.uk in 2007, and the customer feedback and satisfaction over the years has convinced us to produce this dedicated site.
What never ceases to amaze me is how few people have even heard of an inversion table, resulting in many living majority of their lives with back problems that they need not have. Pure Back Care are here to spread the good word!
