I just wanted to thank you for the quick delivery of my Teeter inversion table last week. I have been back and forth to my GP over the course of a long period of time now, and although nothing serious is wrong with my back, I have been suffering with pain and discomfort for the past few years. I have only used the table 4 times since it arrived, but already I am feeling great relief in my lower lumber region, which has been a source of pain and discomfort for the past few years. I have lower back pain and sciatica. The honest truth is before I ever inverted, that includes with the other brand table I had, I would have to crawl out of the bed in the morning. The pain was so bad. As long as I invert, there is no signs of pain. I refused to go to the Dr. because in my opinion, once you start that cycle of going to the Dr. it never ends. I agree that at times you may need a Dr. but I have no intentions in paying for a Drs. lifestyle. I get better results by inverting. A prime example is my sister. She has the sciatic problem, she goes to the Dr. and has been there for 15 yrs. She still has the sciatic problem. She wants an inversion table however she lost her husband a short time ago and therefore cannot afford one. She wants me to give her my other table (Stamina). I don't think I should do that because...if I won't use that table, why would I allow her to? I am 110 lbs and I wasn't comfortable on that table. I am just amazed at the difference in these two tables. Honestly, I was prepared to send it back if the quality was the same as the Stamina or worse. The two tables are worlds apart. I am now 37 years old. I injured my back weight training when I was 24. I have a ruptured disk in my lower back and sciatica. I have been to numerous chiropractors, physio therapists and doctors including a few surgeons. For years and years, I spent approximately $75 per month on prescription pills - mainly Vioxx which is now a banned substance. I also used to miss work for weeks to a month at a time. I first inverted at my Chiropractor and received such a dramatic result that day, that I got on the internet and came to the conclusion that the Teeter Hang Ups was the best out there. An MRI revealed a lot of degenerative changes in my lumbar spine with two intervertebral discs that were herniated and for all practical purposes "worn out". I've been on antiinflammatories for at least five years with some minimal relief. Five years ago I began to experience numbness in some of my left toes with sciatica in the left hip and leg. This progressed to the point of constant pain and loss of feeling. Six months ago I began to have loss of motor function in my left toes. I have seen the poor results of surgery on a daily basis on MRIs of lumbar discectomy. That was not an option. A friend who is a sales rep for radiographic equipment, whom I have known for 15 years, told me about the inversion table. My friend had suffered back problems for years and I had seen him many times at the hospital in terrible pain, so I knew he had tried everything. He told me how he had become pain free in about two months using an inversion table. If it had come from almost anyone else I would not have believed it. I ordered one that day. I couldn’t sit in a chair for more than a few minutes. When I did, the discs in my spine would bulge, causing pressure on the nerves in my back.
